    The festival starts with a bang with the Magic of Oz Concert.

    Youth currently in Grades 7-12 who would like to participate should come by the
    Opera House during the contest time to create their own LEGO masterpiece. Materials
    will be provided. Entries will be judged following the close of the competition.
